M.   The foregoing are subject to the laws of the Republic of India and the courts in Pune, India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction on any dispute that may arise out of the use of this site.

N.   By accepting these terms of use you also agree to fully indemnify SAVY and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, civil or criminal, arising against SAVY, from any posting attributed to your Subscriber identity and arising out of your breach of the Terms of Use and policies or documents they incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law, rules or regulation.

O.    You also agree that SAVY is not responsible for any objectionable posting as more fully set out in these Terms of Use.

A.   SAVY cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, worms or other causes.

B.    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of the foregoing terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time.

C.   Changes in these terms and conditions will be effective when notice of such change is posted.

D.   Your continued use of this Site after any changes to these terms and conditions are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.

E.    These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us in connection with your use of this Site and the information, products and services provided on this Site.

F.    Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of this Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.

G.   If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms and conditions or portion thereof to be unenforceable, then that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of these terms and conditions and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

H.   In the event of any termination of these terms and conditions, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth above will survive indefinitely. This Site is controlled, operated and administered by us from our offices in­­ Pune, India.

I.     As such, these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws the Union of India, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions, and you and us agree that all actions or proceedings arising in connection with use of this Site, the information, products and services provided on this Site or these terms and conditions shall be tried and litigated exclusively in the courts located in the District of Pune.

J.    Accessing this Site shall constitute effective execution and delivery of these terms and conditions by you.

K.    Any information submitted by you must be personal and relate specifically to you.

L.    You hereby warrant that the information, which you submit and/or distribute, will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, seditious, indecent, harassing or threatening.

M.   If relevant, SAVY reserves the right to screen, filter and/or monitor information provided by you and to edit, refuse to distribute or remove the same.

A.   The Savy Software name, the Savy Software logo, the Digishield logo and the other trademarks, service marks and logos (collectively, the “Trademarks”) displayed in this Site are registered and unregistered trademarks of us and other persons and entities. [Note: Mention all variants of Digishield.]

B.    Nothing contained on this Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on this Site without the express written permission of the person or entity that owns such Trademark. Privacy Policy.

10. Cancellations and Refunds 

In the event that you chose to cancel the procurement of any product or services, no refunds shall be provided for any such cancellation. We do not provide credit or adjustment of the amounts paid towards the cancelled service or product, for availing any other product or service on the website.
